2. Submit Your Claim
Submit your claim within the time allocated for the challenge you have purchased. This could be 60 or 90 days. The claim form is at the bottom of this page.
3. Receive Return Address
Once your claim is submitted, we will provide you with our return shipping address within 24 hours to your email provided. Return shipping is at your own expense.
4. Return The Product
Send the used product back to us – we accept returns of opened or empty bottles. Return shipping is at your own expense.
5. Receive Refund Within 30 Days
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund (within 30 days of receiving your return to our warehouse) to your original payment method (excluding the original shipping cost).
