Directions

Advanced Magnesium+: Adults, take 1 tablet twice daily with water after food, or as directed by your health professional.

PM+ Sleep: Adults, take 1 tablet with water once daily, after your evening meal, or as directed by your health professional.

  • Storage instructions: Store below 77°F in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. Avoid excessive heat about 100°F. Do not sure if tamper evident seals are broken or missing.
