Directions
Vitamin C+: Adults, take 1 tablet with water, after food, twice daily, or as directed by your health professional.
Immune+: Adults only. Take 1 tablet with water twice daily after food, or as directed by your health professional.
Advanced Magnesium+: Adults, take 2 tablets once daily with water after food, or as directed by your health professional.
Probiotic: Adults, take 1 capsule with water once daily, after food, or as directed by your health professional.
Fish Oil: Adults, take capsules with water, after food, quantities as below or as directed by your health professional.
- General health and well-being: 1-2 capsules once daily.
- Healthy brain and healthy cognitive function: 1 capsule once daily.
- Emotional well-being: 3 capsules once daily.
- Heart health: 1-2 capsules twice daily.
- Ease occasional mild joint soreness and stiffness: 3 capsules once daily.
Greens + Collagen: Shake container before use. Mix 1 heaped scoop (6.5 g) in 150 mL water and mix well before drinking. Consume immediately. Greens + Collagen can also be enjoyed blended into your favorite smoothie or juice.
Pure Marine Collagen: Shake container before use. Mix 1 level scoop (3 g) of powder into water, a smoothie, cold drink, hot beverage, or your favorite breakfast bowl. Consume immediately. Enjoy 1-2 scoops per day. Close the container tightly after each use.
