Jess' Go-To Blueberry + Peanut Butter Smoothie
This is honestly my go-to smoothie right now. It’s so nutritious, balanced and totally delicious. I’m loving getting a double dose of Marine Collagen and creaminess by including the JSHealth Collagen Creamer+ and using the JSHealth x Inside Out Unsweetened Almond Milk, which includes collagen and prebiotics!
Add in the fiber and antioxidants from blueberries and chia seeds, plus satiating fats from the nut butter, along with out JSHealth Protein + Probiotics and you have a super nutritious blend. Try it ASAP for breakfast, a snack or dessert (yes, it’s that good!).

Ingredients
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 serve JSHealth Vanilla Bean Protein + Probiotics
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 1 serve JSHealth Collagen Creamer+, optional
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1 cup JSHealth x Inside Out Unsweetened Almond Milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
To serve
- 1 tbsp granola of choice
Method
Combine all of the ingredients in a high powdered blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a serving glass and top with a sprinkle of granola.
