1. Eligibility:
The JSHealth Vitamins Ultimate Year Supply Giveaway (the "JSHealth Vitamins Year Supply of Supplements Giveaway") is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. To enter, participants must submit a product or brand review mentioning JSHealth or JSHealth Vitamins via the link provided in the competition launch email. The Competition is open to legal residents of Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America. The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island. The Competition is void where prohibited by law.
Employees of JSHealth Vitamins (the "Sponsor"), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Competition. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry from a jurisdiction where registration or bonding of this promotion would be required due to the total prize value. The Competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Agreement to Rules:
By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements. You further agree to accept the decisions of JSHealth Vitamins as final and binding with respect to the Competition. The Competition is subject to all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
3. Competition Period:
Entries will be accepted starting at 12:00 PM EST on 1st October 2025 and ending at 12:00 PM EST on 1st November 2025. Entries submitted after the closing date will be disqualified.
4. How to Enter:
The Competition must be entered by submitting a product or brand review mentioning JSHealth or JSHealth Vitamins via the link provided in the competition launch email. Reviews must comply with the Sponsor's guidelines, which can be found within the review submission form. Entries that do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of JSHealth Vitamins. Any fraudulent methods or attempts to circumvent the rules may result in disqualification.
5. Prize Details:
5.1 Grand Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a one-year supply of JSHealth Vitamins in the form of a gift voucher valued at $600 USD. The voucher can be redeemed for products on the JSHealth website only. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be substituted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
5.2 Taxes:
All applicable taxes, duties, and government fees (if any) are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to provide tax documentation before receiving the prize.
5.3 Substitution & Transfer:
The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event the prize is unavailable, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
5.4 Prize Limits by Jurisdiction:
Winners are responsible for ensuring that receipt of the prize does not violate any local laws or restrictions. The Sponsor reserves the right to withhold or modify the prize to comply with applicable legal requirements.
5.5 Value:
The actual/appraised value of the prize may differ at the time of award. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion.
6. Odds:
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Competition period. The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified via the email address provided in their entry within 10 days following the winner selection. JSHealth Vitamins shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notification due to spam filters, junk email, or incorrect contact information. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 10 days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
8. Rights Granted by You:
By entering the Competition, you understand that JSHealth Vitamins or anyone acting on behalf of JSHealth Vitamins, or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, will have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use your entry (including the winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, and biographical information) worldwide, in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, for promotional purposes without any further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Terms:
JSHealth Vitamins reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Competition. In such cases, JSHealth Vitamins may select the winner from all eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor.
JSHealth Vitamins also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions. JSHealth Vitamins has the right to maintain the integrity of the Competition, void entries for reasons including multiple entries from the same user or the use of automated systems.
Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Competition may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. JSHealth Vitamins reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability:
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless JSHealth Vitamins, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, and employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage arising from your participation in the Competition and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. Disputes:
This Competition is governed by the laws of the United States, Europe, United Kingdom, and Australia, without regard to conflict of law doctrines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court. Participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees.
