Is it safe to take this daily along with your JS hair and energy tablets ? They both contain zinc
HI Jessica, these formulas can be taken together with caution. However, as Zinc is a common ingredient in our formulations, it’s always best to be guided by a health professional to ensure there is no interaction with other vitamins or medication you may be taking. You could always halve the dose of the Skin + Digestion (take one Skin + Digestion with one Hair + Energy at breakfast) or take the vitamins on alternate days: - Skin +Digestion: 1x with breakfast and 1x with lunch on one day. - Hair + Energy: 1x with breakfast the following day. As a reference, 1x Skin + Digestion tablet contains 15mg of Zinc, and 1x Hair + Energy capsule contains 10mg Zinc (Total: 25mg Zinc). This will ensure you are not exceeding the upper limit of Zinc at 40mg/day. Vitality X + Collagen has been designed to be taken alongside all of the JSHealth Vitamin formulas to enhance their results!
Will this help clear up eczema?
Hi lovely รฐยŸย’ย• We have seen that this kit has helped many people with clearing up eczema. Our Skin + Digestion formula contains Burdock, which is traditionally used in western herbal medicine as a blood cleanser, and to relieve minor skin eruptions and symptoms of mild eczema and dermatitis. xx
