DETOX + DEBLOAT: Adults, take 1 tablet with water twice daily, after food, or as directed by your health professional. Do not exceed a maximum of 2 tablets per day.
ADVANCED MAGNESIUM+: Adults, take 1 tablet twice daily with water after food, or as directed by your health professional.
