Directions
Skin + Digestion: Adults, take 1 tablet with water twice daily, after food, or as directed by your health professional.
Hair + Energy: Adults, take 1 capsule once daily, with water, after breakfast, or as directed by your health professional. The maximum dosage is 1 hard capsule daily.
Vitality X + Collagen: Shake container before use, Adults, mix 1 level scoop (6g) of powder with water, a smoothie or your favorite drink and stir well. Consume immediately.
To support liver health, mix 1 level scoop (6g) of powder with water or your favorite drink and stir well. Consume immediately, twice daily. Maximum of 4 scoops per day.
This product does not need to be refrigerated.
