Hormone + PMS Support: Adults, take 1 tablet with water twice daily, after food, or as directed by your health professional.

Fish Oil: Adults, take capsules with water, after food, quantities as below or as directed by your health professional.

• General health and well-being: 1-2 capsules once daily.
• Brain and cognitive function: 1 capsule once daily.
• Emotional well-being: 3 capsules once daily.
• Heart health and cholesterol: 1-2 capsules twice daily.
• Occasional mild joint soreness and stiffness: 3 capsules once daily.
• Occasional skin irritations: 2 capsules twice daily.
