Directions
Hair + Energy: Adults, take 1 capsule once daily, with water, after breakfast, or as directed by your health professional. The maximum dosage is 1 hard capsule daily.
Skin + Digestion: Adults, take 1 tablet with water twice daily, after food, or as directed by your health professional.

- CAUTION: Use as recommended: Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18, and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this product. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children.
- Storage instructions: Store below 77°F in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. Avoid excessive heat about 100°F. Do not sure if tamper evident seals are broken or missing.

This is just because B vitamins are water-soluble, so any excess you consume is excreted in your urine - nothing to be worried about. Vitamin C maintains and supports connective tissue health, collagen formation and wound healing. Zinc relieves symptoms of acne, pimples, and minor skin eruptions wherever this may be on your body. Burdock is traditionally used in western herbal medicine as a blood cleanser, and to relieve minor skin eruptions and symptoms of mild eczema and dermatitis. - Hi love, the dose of Zinc in the vitamin kit (together) is towards the daily upper limit of Zinc as it is a therapeutic dose, however if you are concerned please check in with your doctor to make sure they're right for your personal needs.
- Why can't I get 2x 60 cap.? Doesn't make sense to order a 30 and 60 together since one will only last a month.
