Fish Oil: Adults, take capsules with water, after food, quantities as below or as directed by your health professional.

• ​​General health and well-being: 1-2 capsules once daily.
• Healthy brain and healthy cognitive function: 1 capsule once daily.
• Emotional well-being: 3 capsules once daily.
• Heart health: 1-2 capsules twice daily.
• Ease occasional mild joint soreness and stiffness: 3 capsules once daily.

Vegan Vitamin D: Adults, take 1 capsule with water, once daily in the morning with food, or as directed by your health professional.
