Directions
Fish Oil: Adults, take capsules with water, after food, quantities as below or as directed by your health professional.
General health and well-being: 1-2 capsules once daily.
Brain and cognitive function: 1 capsule once daily.
Emotional well-being: 3 capsules once daily.
Heart health and cholesterol: 1-2 capsules twice daily.
Occasional mild joint soreness and stiffness: 3 capsules once daily.
Occasional skin irritations: 2 capsules twice daily.
Skin + Digestion: Adults, take 1 tablet with water twice daily, after food, or as directed by your health professional.
WARNINGS:
- CAUTION: Use as recommended: Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18, and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this product. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children.
- Storage instructions: Store below 77°F in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. Avoid excessive heat about 100°F. Do not sure if tamper evident seals are broken or missing.
