To make life easier, we’ve also created some vitamin kits to help you choose which formulas may be best for specific conditions. We also have a Foundations range. These vitamins are designed to be taken alongside our signature formulas. Zinc is a common ingredient in some of our vitamins, so you will need to ensure you are not exceeding the upper limit intake of 40mg/day. Again, this is something your health professional or GP will be able to assist with! 💖
