Directions

Detox + Debloat: Take 1 tablet twice per day with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Skin + Digestion: Take 1 tablet at breakfast and 1 tablet at lunch with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Avoid taking at night as it may disrupt sleep.
