2025 Reflections From Our Founder Jess

What a year… a truly huge, momentous one for so many!

This was one of my favorite years being the founder of JSHealth Vitamins. I focused more time on new product development, customer experience, and branding — I had such a fulfilling year doing so! Thank you for the opportunity as always. Being part of this brand and connecting to my customers will always feel like a privilege.

As 2025 closes, I wanted to share my personal lessons and hope they help or inspire you. Personally, this was the year of lean in, let go, and let them.

Lean In:

I keep saying to the team, I believe this was the year of shedding what we no longer needed, to enter our next phases of growth and success, both personally and professionally.

This year I learned resilience is the only way to bring us to where we need to go. If you commit to this mindset, you will be greatly rewarded in so many ways. As Gran says, “Keep boxing!”

Being strong does not mean you have to have it all together and figured out. Being vulnerable, real, and willing to face your challenges is what true strength looks like. Leaning into life (the good and messier parts) is where the magic happens.

Sometimes the things we resist the most are what we need and must commit to. For me, this could be my weekly therapy session — that so many times could have gone into the “I do not have time” basket but I refused to let this happen. The same thing could apply to exercise, meditation, healthy cooking, or saying yes to something that may scare you.

Let Go:

These days, most of the time (not always), I made a conscious decision to let go. Whatever it may have been that could have upset me, angered me, or sent me into a spin, I realized letting go and giving myself space is a far better decision.

Of course, this can be easier said than done and is situational. We cannot let go in more serious scenarios. My personal philosophy is, if I have my health and peace and loved ones — then the rest I mostly try to have the mindset of ‘let go.’

Everyone is doing their best and when you come to the world with this perspective, it can be really healing and forgiving in nature. Most humans are doing their very best, with what they may be going through.

Let Them:

The year of let them — by Mel Robbins, of course. I love this! She is right and I do highly recommend her book. It helped me a lot. ‘Let them’ really means: we have no control over what others may think, say, do, or judge. Let them is what actually sets us free and can take so much weight off our shoulders day to day.

Right now, I just feel immensely grateful for my husband, my family, my health, our company, our team, our customers, and the strength I had to cultivate this year as I rebuilt the better version of myself. I hope you are proud of what you were able to achieve too — often more than you may realize.

Wishing you a very happy New Year!

With love and care,

Jess xx
