Maple Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients:
- 1 apple, sliced into thin wedges
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 sprigs thyme, leaves picked
To serve:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, or coconut yoghurt for dairy-free
Method:
Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add the apple slices, and sauté for 1 minute whilst stirring to coat evenly in the oil.
Add the vanilla, maple, cinnamon, and thyme leaves and stir to coat the apples. Sauté for 3-4 minutes or until golden and caramelized.
Serve with yogurt of choice.
