Hair + Energy: Adults, take 1 capsule once daily, with water, after breakfast, or as directed by your health professional. The maximum dosage is 1 hard capsule daily.

Pure Marine Collagen: Shake container before use. Mix 1 level scoop (3 g) of powder into 200 mL water, a smoothie, cold drink, hot beverage, or your favorite breakfast bowl. Consume immediately. Enjoy 1-2 scoops per day. Close the container tightly after each use.
